Dr Khaled J. Saleh, Board Chairman & Chief Medical Officer, is a distinguished board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction and joint replacement, with a career bolstered by nearly $7 million in grant funding and hundreds of peer reviewed scientific publications.
Dr. Saleh is a highly respected and internationally recognized leader in surgery. His dedication to patient care is evident in his extensive experience, encompassing over 100,000 consultations and more than 10,000 orthopedic surgeries. A committed mentor, he has guided over 1,100 physicians in their professional development. Saleh’s expertise has earned him international acclaim, leading to invitations to perform surgery in numerous countries and establishing him as a leader in global healthcare. Beyond his clinical practice, he is a distinguished scientist and innovator, with an impressive record of 375 publications and holding four US and six European medical patents. His numerous contributions have been recognized with over 50 awards and honors, including Honorary Membership in the prestigious British, Australian, and New Zealand Orthopaedic Associations. Dr. Mosab Nasser, Chief Executive Officer of FAJR Scientific, and a highly accomplished and globally recognized principal technical leader in both Exploration & development geophysics with over 25 years of oil & gas industry experience. Global leader with significant experience in integrating different geophysical disciplines and evaluation of acquisition and farm-out opportunities and mature drillable prospects. Broad and deep knowledge of the upstream E&P business with various roles and increasing responsibilities in exploration and production. Proven track record with strong geophysical skills at the highest industry standards. Served as the Shell Subject Matter Expert on 4D seismic. Worked on a number of multi-billion-dollar projects in multiple basins, primarily deepwater and with varying roles and responsibilities. Provided advice to exploration and development leaders and invited to project assurance meetings and peer reviews. Able to effectively communicate at all organizational levels to promote certain ideas and technologies. Closely worked with diverse multidisciplinary Joint Venture Teams on different projects in E&P including the majors (Shell, ExxonMobil, BP, Chevron, Total) to design and deliver successful exploration strategy and field development plans.
Nasser presented many technical papers at major industry conferences and received several awards for academic and industry achievements. He co-organized several industry workshops and meetings. Most recently, Nasser served as the chairman of the editorial board of the prestigious Leading Edge magazine published monthly by the society of exploration geophysicists and a member of the SEG publications committee.

Exerted philanthropic efforts that extends worldwide, notably demonstrated through the recent role in revitalizing Kamal Edwan Children’s Hospital in Gaza. Forward-thinking approach resulted in the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record system for medical missions in Palestine, enabling surgeons to conduct remote patient reviews. Raised the global standards of orthopedic surgical care, with a particular focus on improving conditions in Palestine. This vision encompasses a transformation of healthcare procedures, a dedication to patient-centered experiences, and a continuous commitment to pioneering research in musculoskeletal care. Nasser has been the driving force behind FAJR’s remarkable growth in recent years, thanks to his strong strategic planning, operational expertise, and experience in project execution. He is the one responsible for organizing and managing FAJR’s medical missions to Palestine, Lebanon and soon Pakistan, liaising with the Ministries of Health in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon and Pakistan and overseeing the development of future Orthopedic Centers of Excellence in Palestine and other regions.
Built a broad leadership network that extends across continents starting with the US state department in DC, Senators, US presidential candidates, USAID to heads of states, ministers and ambassadors in the Middle East.
