Who We Are

Creating a world where food, shelter, healthcare, and education are universal rights

Our mission is based on a Hadith by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ:

“Whoever among you wakes up secure in his home, healthy in his body, and has his food for the day, it is as if he has been given the whole world.”

Vision Statement
At FAJR Global, we envision a world where access to life-saving medical and surgical care, quality education, nourishing food, and safe shelter is recognized is a right not a privilege. We strive to bridge the gap between those living with dignity and opportunity and those struggling in desperate need. We are committed to ensure that no person is left feeling powerless, forgotten, or without hope due to a lack of resources.
Mission
FAJR Global is nonprofit humanitarian organization dedicated to delivering world-class medical and surgical care, expanding access to education, and providing essential humanitarian support, including food and shelter to the most vulnerable and underserved communities across the globe. Our mission is to transform lives and restore hope by delivering compassionate, high-quality care and humanitarian assistance regardless of socio-economic status, geographic location, religion, or ethnicity. Guided by moral principles, science, compassion, and the resilience of the human spirit, we work to heal, uplift, and empower communities in times of crisis and beyond. FAJR does not operate for private benefit; our programs are designed to support individuals and communities facing hardship, crisis, displacement, poverty, and limited access to essential services.
Values
Honesty
We are committed to transparency in our work and accountability to those we serve, our supporters, and our partners.
Integrity
All memebers are expected to act with utmost ethical standards. Integrity means doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
Reverance for Life
Recognizing the inherent dignity and value of every human life.
What We Do
Humanitarian Relief
FAJR provides emergency humanitarian assistance to communities affected by conflict, displacement, poverty, and crisis. This includes support for basic needs, emergency response, and relief coordination for families and individuals in urgent need.
Medical and Surgical Missions
FAJR organizes charitable medical and surgical missions to serve patients who lack access to specialized care. Through volunteer medical professionals and partner organizations, FAJR helps deliver life-changing care to underserved communities.
Medical Supplies and Medication Support
FAJR helps coordinate the delivery of medical supplies, equipment, and medications to hospitals, clinics, field teams, and communities facing shortages during emergencies.
Patient Support and Medical Evacuations
FAJR supports patients with urgent medical needs, including coordination of specialty care, referrals, and medical evacuation assistance when local treatment options are unavailable.
Education and Training
FAJR supports education, medical training, and capacity-building programs that strengthen local healthcare knowledge, improve community outcomes, and support long-term recovery.
Food, Shelter, and Community Support
FAJR supports vulnerable families and communities through charitable assistance focused on basic human needs, including food, shelter, dignity, and stability.
Who We Serve
FAJR serves vulnerable and underserved populations, including families affected by war, displacement, poverty, natural disaster, medical hardship, and lack of access to essential care. Our programs prioritize communities with limited resources and urgent humanitarian needs.
How We Use Technology
Technology helps FAJR coordinate medical missions, manage humanitarian programs, communicate with volunteers and partners, protect organizational data, support remote collaboration, and deliver services more efficiently. Microsoft 365 tools such as email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and secure document management help FAJR operate responsibly and expand its charitable impact.

Our Story

Founded in 2022 by Dr. Khaled Saleh and Dr. Mosab Nasser, FAJR began with a simple mission: to bring light where darkness prevailed and hope where it was fading. What started as a small effort to mentor students and treat the wounded has grown into a legacy that heals, educates, and empowers.

From the crowded hospitals of Gaza to forgotten refugee camps across the region, FAJR has been on the frontlines leading surgical missions, delivering emergency relief, and standing with communities the world too often overlooks. In 2023, FAJR made history by completing the largest orthopedic mission in Palestine, performing hundreds of life-changing surgeries in just five days, proof that compassion and expertise can change lives.

With a mission to educate future healers, respond to disasters with speed and dignity, deliver critical medical care across borders, and empower the next generation to rise as leaders of change, we promise to serve with purpose, stand with the vulnerable, and keep rising for a brighter tomorrow.
