Gaza
Care inside a collapsed system
Surgical missions, medical evacuation, a free pharmacy, street clinics and water distribution — run inside the communities they serve.
FAJR volunteer teams completed 1,705 surgeries and procedures over 250 days in Gaza — alongside 443 emergency-room cases.

Gaza’s first nerve grafts and complex burn treatments — alongside 165 upper-limb, 151 reconstructive, 142 lower-limb and 42 vascular procedures, and hands-on training in nerve and vascular surgery for local surgeons.

Research & publications
Every mission feeds research, education and scholarship — so every operation also improves the next one. Mission trips are rigorously monitored, academically analyzed, and published in peer-reviewed journals.
One Life at a Time
Ninety-two children have reached care abroad
Children with injuries that cannot be treated in Gaza are matched with hospitals abroad, then escorted through the referrals, visas and logistics that stand between them and surgery.
