I donated to FAJR Global and I need a tax receipt. Where can I get it?

All tax-deductible donation receipts are sent automatically to the email address you used when donating. If you didn’t receive one, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, email info@fajr.org with your full name and donation details, and our team will resend it.

I donated and accidentally clicked the “daily” option. How can I stop recurring donations?

Please contact us immediately at info@fajr.org and provide your full name and the email you used for your donation. Our finance team will cancel the recurring donation and ensure no further charges are made.

Do you accept clothes and toy donations?

We focus on medical and humanitarian relief, which requires specific supplies that meet international shipping and customs standards. For this reason, we do not accept used clothes or toys. Instead, we encourage donating financially so we can purchase and deliver the most urgently needed aid directly to affected communities.

Can I borrow money from FAJR Global for personal needs?

Unfortunately, no. FAJR Global is a registered nonprofit organization. All donations we receive are allocated strictly toward humanitarian and medical relief projects and cannot be used for personal loans.

Are my donations zakat-eligible?

Yes. All donations to FAJR Global are Zakat-eligible and are used exclusively to support qualified recipients in accordance with Islamic principles.

I donated to the wrong project by accident. Can I request that my donation is used towards another project?

Yes, in most cases we can accommodate this request. Please email info@fajr.org within 7 days of your donation, specifying the project you would like your contribution redirected to. If funds have already been allocated or disbursed, we will do our best to honor your request but cannot guarantee changes after that point.

I donated through PayPal and want to cancel my recurring subscription. How do I do that?

You can log in to your PayPal account, go to Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments, and cancel the subscription directly. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@fajr.org and we will guide you through the process.

Can I request a refund for a PayPal donation I made by mistake?

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@fajr.org within 7 days of your donation, include the PayPal transaction ID, and explain the reason for your request. We will review and let you know if a refund is possible.

I made a donation through PayPal but would like to cancel it before it is processed. Can I do that?

If the donation has not yet been fully processed, we may be able to cancel it. Please email info@fajr.org immediately with your PayPal transaction ID so our team can assist you.
